If you graduated from a Duplin County School in June 2003 or earlier you can request a transcript from the Board of Education by submitting a Transcript Request Form. This form can be downloaded as a PDF or a Word document below.

Any one who graduated after 2003 must report to the high school they graduated from to get transcript information.
